Also, remember, if you're in the process of re-financing your lender will require an appraisal

anyway. Wait for them to order it so you don't pay twice, and remember to ask for a copy of the

appraisal when it's complete.

Great review! I recently enjoyed a phenomenal meal at Table 17 for Telus Tuesdays. The service was excellent and my ribeye steak was superb! Will definitely have to go for brunch.

I went to Bohmer three weeks ago for a friend's birthday and loved my meal. I was lucky enough to get the braised veal cheeks, which were to die for. Tender, slightly smokey and a tad sweet. I had the seared foie gras, which was salted perfectly and tasted amazing. Others in our party ordered the bouillabaisse and were disappointed with it, but all in all, definitely worth a repeat visit.

Dad's Stuffing:

This simple recipe was invented by my dad many years ago when my mum was struggling to get my 3 'fussy' sisters and I to eat turkey stuffing which is one of her favourite ad-ons. He created this as a compromise between us and still today I make it at every holiday or special feast! It can complement a turkey and vegetable dinner wonderfully with it's sweet contrast and while for some it wont replace their regular stuffing, I often have guests ask for the recipe as a special side!

In a large bowl mix half a loaf of dried bread torn into small pieces.
Chop 1 med-large peeled apple and add to bread.
Throw in a handful of raisins,
Add one tbsp of cinnamon and 1/2 tsp of poultry seasoning with a few shakes of salt and pepper.

In a separate bowl, mix 3 tbsp of melted butter and 1/4 cup of water. Pour this over the bread mixture.

Mix everything together until sticking. at a little water if needed.

Wrap in foil and throw 1 tbsp of butter on top (do not mix). Close foil pouch and cook in roaster with turkey.
