Another summer pasta worth trying, this one is savoury, fresh, and has a nice kick to it. Perfect for summer entertaining.
Preparation
- Make a basic pasta dough and cut it into linguine strips. Cover and set aside until ready to cook.
- Bring a large pot of water to boil for the pasta.
- Using a pestle and mortar, crush the garlic cloves with salt to make a smooth paste.
- Add the chili peppers and crush some more until you have a bright red mixture.
- Add the pepper mixture to a bowl of crab meat, tossing and breaking the crab meat down with a fork. Zest in lime and add the lime juice and mix some more.
- Cook your pasta, drain and mix in the crab mixture.
- Mix in parsley leaves, garnish with salt and pepper. [optional: you could also garnish with cilantro].
